Summers first brunch
Bestest friends! Banana pancakes! Watermelon! Strong coffee! Chia pudding! Eggs! Smoothie! Strawberries! All you could wish for.

Recipe for the Chia pudding
3 tbsp Chia seeds
2 dl Unsweetened almond milk
1,5 dl Yoghurt
Sweetening (I used Sukrin)
Vanilla bean
Put the ingredients in a bowl, stir, put some plastic on it and leave it over night to swell. Contains more calcium than milk, more omega-3 than salmon and much more vitamins and minerals than most foods. Chia seeds are truly amazing.

Recipe for the pancakes
3 eko bananas
6 eggs
Blend or mash the bananas with the eggs and fry in butter. A helthier option to the more common pancake that tastes just as good!
Cloud berry jam
3 dl cloudberries
Sweetening to taste (I used sukrin here as well)
Bring the berries and sweetening to boiling and serve it warm!
Rasberry smoothie
Milk
Bananas
Frozen rasberries
Frozen mango pieces
Pitted dates
Blend!
