Chickpea bites

So easy and tasty! Even the most dedicated meat eater loves these. I like to make a large batch of them once in a while and keep them in the freezer. It takes just seconds to unfreeze them in a microwave. 
 
 
 
Recipe for about 30 pieces
6 dl boiled chickpeas
2 tbsp corn starch
1/2 dl tahini
1/2 dl cold water
1 dl chopped spinach
A hand full of parsly
Salt, chili flakes, black pepper to taste
 
Blend it smooth and shape small stakes, fry in vegetable oil in each side for a few minutes. Done! Serve with a nice salad, rice, some sauce or eat just as they are.
