Västerbotten pie with asparagus and a few other greens

Recipe for crust
75 g butter
0,75 dl quark
2,5 dl whole wheat flour
salt
Filling
2 large eggs
2 dl milk
250 g västerbotten cheese
~5 asparagus
3 spring onions
A handfull of fresh spinache
Salt and black pepper
Do it like this: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Combine all the crust ingredients by hand or in a blender, wrap it in plastic and let it rest in the fridge for a little while. Tuck the dough and place it in a normal sized pie form. Bake it for 10 min. Spread the grated cheese in the form, roughly chop the vegetables and spread them out as well. Whisk egg and milk and pour it over. Add some salt and black pepper on the top. Bake the pie for 30 min.
